Interview
The first interview I had I was with the General Manager. We sat in the restaurant at a corner booth. He asked me multiple questions varying different topics. Once he was done asking me questions, he asked if I had any questions for him. At the end, we scheduled the second interview for the very next day with a second manager.
Not the best interview. Started off in Spanish, which is fine, but I don't speak Spanish. It was informal, a bit uncomfortable. I expected a different line of questioning and was disappointed.
Fairly easy interview process. The questions weren’t too hard and just wanted you to tell about providing and receiving great customer service. If they like you you can be hired on the spot
