I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Denny's (Holland, MI) in Oct 2013
Interview
Brief get-to-know you, very serious professional feel (in a good way), upfront will job responsibilities and possible environment situations. Questions were normal for any interview, they are interested in your responsibility, reliability, approachability. Very detail-oriented seeking for any position, prefer experience, but isn't necessary. Great first job, or even for someone experienced.
