I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Denny's (Schenectady, NY) in Jun 2011
Interview
Interviewed with two different people and both were one on ones that lasted about 3 minutes in length. They basically asked do you have reliable transit, what is your availability, and how many years of experience do you have. Was immediately given an orientation date right after that. Pleasant managers that seem to know exactly what they want for this specific location, which is always a plus!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Denny's (Dallas, GA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Very straight forward. Gave an overview of desired skills and expectations. Was not multiple interviews. Same day. Manager was kind and open to hearing experiences from other locations. I was glad I came in to talk with management team
The interview was very laid back. The questions I was asked were regarding my previous experience and my schedule availability. I was given an overview of the job expectations. I was also asked to tell the hiring manager about myself.
friendly and professional. Came in on one of their hiring days and the interview process only took about half an hour. Overall a good experience and would recommend applying if in need of a job
