Extensive, the manager really wanted to get to know me and wanted me to see him several times before hiring me. the process was smooth and i felt comfortable. He was kind serious, I could tell he was trying to read me the whole time so I gave him that vibe back as well. not in a bad way more of a (i wanna see what your seeing type of thing) Each time i showed to speak with the g.m id be sure to have a menu in my hand to show that i was prepared and ready to learn the menu. I payed attention to my surroundings to show I have a eagles eye for people in need.

Very straight forward. Gave an overview of desired skills and expectations. Was not multiple interviews. Same day. Manager was kind and open to hearing experiences from other locations. I was glad I came in to talk with management team
The interview was very laid back. The questions I was asked were regarding my previous experience and my schedule availability. I was given an overview of the job expectations. I was also asked to tell the hiring manager about myself.
