Interview
I applied in person, then they called back a few days later to interview me. The interview was me and 3 other managers. I had originally applied for a dishwasher position due to the fact that I want to work in the kitchen but have no previous kitchen experience. They asked basic questions like if I had reliable transportation. It was fairly informal and only took about 8 minutes. I was asked if I would be willing to accept a job as a server, and I said yes but really wanted to work in the kitchen. They said that there were a few more interviews they had to conduct and I should expect to hear from them by end of day. I was called back two hours later and offered a job of prep/server with orientation starting the next day.
