I had two interviews with Bayless. The first interview went very well and I was excited about the position. I got a call the same day to set up a second interview with three more people from their leadership team. After the second interview I was not as excited about the company. Everyone I met with was very new to the company and very young. They almost came across as trying to restructure the company in a way that I found to be a little unethical. I just had an odd feeling about it. After the first interview I did some research into their HR Director and found that she was an HR Admin only a year and a half ago. There were some HR topics that came up in the second interview that she was clearly uninformed about. Although, I do believe they all have good intentions they just don't seem to be going about it in the right way. After a little more experience they will be better equipped to make the changes they are trying to make.
