What are your personal goals?
What brought you to dentistry?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (Dallas, TX) in May 2018
Interview
I was referred by another dentist who works for Dental One, so I received a call from their Regional Doctor Recruiter. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. After that phone call I was offered an interview at their corporate office. I met with the Clinical VP and Director of Market Operations. They asked me questions about my experience and what my goals were and what I hoped to accomplish in this position. I then was called in for an office visit a week later and met with the team I would be working with. This was very helpful in deciding if we would both be a good fit for each other.
