I met with the recruiter, operations manager and clinical director in three separate interviews. The asked me questions about my experience as a dentist and what my exposure was. They wanted to know if I had experience with laser treatment and implant restorations. The interview process was pretty laid back and each staff member was very kind. The allowed me to visit the prospective clinic that I would be working at.
