I applied online. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (Universal City, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. I was called by Katie at DentalOne and we set up a face to face interview with Jolee the next week. I was very impressed with how smoothly the office was running as I waited to be seen. (I was a few minutes early). The face to face was very informative and insightful. I enjoyed speaking with Jolee and thought that the interview went very well. I was called the next day and offered a position.

What is one thing that you don't like about a workplace environment?
I applied online. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
I enjoyed the interview process. Genida contacted me and she was great to talk to. I felt that she was genuine and made me feel like she cared if this job would be a good fit for me.
My next step was an in-person interview with my soon-to-be manager Blade. He was great! Blade explained what the position entails, listened to my concerns and he too made me feel like he cared that not only I be a good fit for them, but that joining this team would be a good fit for me. He too was honest and approachable... two traits I look for in a potential employer/manager.

Question 1
What is it that we can expect you to bring to the table that no one else will?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (Durham, NC) in Sep 2018
Interview
Received a phone call from the Regional Recruiter for a Phone Screen/Interview. We had a great conversation, leading to an in person interview at a DentalWorks location in Durham, NC with the Operations Leader. I arrived about ten minutes early, as it was closing time for the office and I did not want to interfere with their closing schedule. The interview went well, one-on-one and was very conversational (of course, make the opportunity your own and prepare ways to elaborate on your skill set, your character, your personality and how you will implement previous skills to help you be an asset to the practice). I had to complete a drug screen prior to my first day on the job :)
