Speaking with Recruitment Officer on the phone is the first step, followed by office tours, and then panel interview. Once everyone is on board and have determined the candidate is a good fit, the candidate will undergo training, drug-test, and background checks. DO Partners is very thorough in their interview process and are very selective with all staff. They really do care about who they hire for the long hall. Thank you Reenie and Stef for the fantastic interview which was very informative, focused, and inspiring!
