I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (Independence, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process started with an email from the Talent Acquisition Director about one day after I applied. We set up a telephone interview on the next day. We had great dialogue and the very next day I was set up with a face to face interview with the Regional Director about 2 days later. The interview was very informative on both parts and I knew I was ready to make the move (if given the opportunity). The very next day I was set up with another telephone interview with the Hiring Manager. The hiring manager was very upbeat and I thoroughly enjoyed our discussion. Within 2 business days, I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Director and offered the position. Everything was signed sealed and delivered within a week and a half, the most amazing turn around I have been through. I am so excited for my new role within an amazing organization!!!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DentalOne Partners (Cranberry, PA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I feel the interview process was very thorough for both myself as the candidate and for the company. I started with an phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter had questions regarding my goals/experience and I was able ask questions regarding what they have to offer potential employees. After the phone screening I was then set up for a one on one with the DMO of the market. I met with her 1 week later in the office I would be working in. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and I was taken into a area where we could speak freely and discuss position. I was really impressed with the culture of the company and learned a lot about what goals the had for the office I would be managing. I was walked through the office and was introduced to the staff members. When I left I had a full understanding of job and expectations. About 5 days later I was called and offered the position and then was sent information regarding completing a drug/background check. After all the required checks came back I was able to start my new position.
