I initially applied for the position online, and within 3 days I was contacted by a recruiter to further discuss the details of the position. Then I had a phone interview where some of the clinical cases that I completed at a previous position were reviewed. Finally, I had an in-person interview.

I was called by the regional talent acquisition specialist and then by the regional area manager! Once we agreed on mutual available time, I was interviewed in the main location in the presence of the office lead dentist!
