Interviewer was rude and cold. Saw I had arrived and clearly sat down at the computer and appeared to be on social media . Outfit looked as if she was going clubbing , did not smile at one patient waiting . Very standoffish and unapproachable -while interviewing she did not blink stared and asked three questions, pertaining to my current job, constant interruptions that she could have stopped and did not . Kept cutting me off as if she did not want to be doing this . After talking about herself she dismissed me I was no sooner in my car and she was out the door . Clearly she was in a rush, no time management apparently . Said I did not have the experience ! I've ran a REAL dental private practice and could do her job with one arm behind my back ! Iam the one person in the office who does billing, treatment planning , ordering,scheduling, p&L etc, not 10 office employees lol - you clearly cannot run a company with a person like this who makes people feel less than what they are ! Good managers build there staff up ! I would not take a position under this woman for all the money in the world ! Clearly was given a job because of knowing someone and her head was a bit inflated ! It is people like this that keep the high turnover rate these companies have , I have hired individuals for over 5 years and a average interview is 35-45 mins not everyone does well and clearly people get nervous hence, the reason you talk make them feel comfortable! I've never ever met someone like this ever was so very excited about this company and then after calling her to ask if the position was filled and she so rudely told me this.........when she never even asked me any questions pertaining to what she said I had so little exp in ! Joke!

Good interview process and asked good questions. They were kind, asked about my experience, people I worked with and referrals. The interview took 30 minutes. Easy to schedule time with the recruiter.
