Interview
This was the first interview so it was conducted by HR, and entirely competency and skill based. Lots of questions on dealing with adversity, showing initiative and organisational skills. Some questions about Dentons e.g. who are its competitors. Interviewer was very friendly but the interview structure was extremely rigid.

Application form online. On day of interview, meet with HR and answer some preliminary questions and then an interview with 2 associates. Heard back within a few days which was fairly prompt as these things go
