Online application (similar to a training contract or vacation scheme application. This was followed by the Watson Glaser critical thinking test. This was followed by two interviews on separate dates, the first with HR employee and Senior Associate, the second with a Partner and Senior Associate.
The whole procedure was quick within a week but very few information about the team and work was disclosed, not very friendly to the interviewees. so the process was ineffective overall.

the HR made a big mistake. she did not arrange the parnter for the interview and wasted my time. I dont understand why she asked me to stay at office for half hour.
