Disorganized Process and Inconsistent Feedback The assessment day felt chaotic, particularly a 7-person group task that lacked proper structure. While the initial stages were manageable, the interview atmosphere was cold; one interviewer was visibly unapproachable and disengaged. The feedback provided was the most disappointing aspect. I was told I lacked media-specific detail and "motivation," despite the job description requiring no experience and the interview questions being non-industry specific. It is disheartening to go through a strenuous process only to receive disingenuous feedback. I will not be applying here again.
