I went through a comprehensive interview process consisting of three rounds and a roleplay, only to be completely ghosted afterward. It is incredibly disappointing and frankly, unprofessional. When a candidate invests that much time and energy into your hiring process, the bare minimum expectation is a courtesy email updating them on their application status.
