The interview process in my opinion was very disjointed. I received a request to interview with a recruiter. It was your standard interview with behaviour questions as well as past work experience. What was interesting was the the role itself did not seem like a good fit given it was relatively Jr. However, the recruiter took the time to express interest in my resume and matching me with a number of roles and opportunities in the organization. However, there was no follow-up what so ever. I ended up sending a follow-up email 3 weeks later and received an auto-generate response saying they had moved on with other applicants. It was clear the process was just smoke and mirrors. Overall very disappointing.
