The process was pretty fast. One phone call from the recruiter about background check process and interview schedule. The interview was mostly about basic knowledge of the role and personality fit. I admitted I'm quite reckless about preparing for the interview. However, the recruiter gave me feedback, like points to improve, right after the interview.
