I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dentsu (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
HORRIBLE. If I could give their recruiting process 0 stars, I absolutely would. Had a recruiter reach out to me and say that they were scheduling my interview ASAP. 2 weeks and 5 emails from me later, I finally get a response. The recruiter then asks for times that I’m available over the next week, I give her a TON a times. A week later, nothing. Three weeks I’ve been waiting on a phone screening. I’m moving on. I hear that it’s really common at dentsu for their recruiting process to be AWFUL.

Question 1
Hard to interview when the company that reached out to you to interview ghosts you before you can even have a phone screening.
I spoke with a recruiter who referred me on to a director with roles in line with my salary requirements. I did not hear back after this interaction but they were very responsive and nice.
