Fairly straightforward but everyone was clearly unprepared. I wasn't impressed with the people I met with or the work they referenced so I declined the offer and moved on. Dentsu have gone through a lot of changes in the last few years and there's been quite a lot of turnover, which was more evident when I spoke with the wider team.
