The first two interviews with people went over my qualifications, which were extensive, and how the team would work and it was pretty smooth sailing. The people were very friendly and informative. The last interview was weird, where the interviewer rarely looked up toward the camera and they were texting the whole time. They asked one question at the end, and it felt like he had to come up with it to make it feel like an interview. They did say it was a pretty good answer before going back to texting. Then I was told the next week they went with someone else, and I kind of had the impression that was decided on before the last interview started.
