Disappointing experience, instead of being interviewed by the hiring manager, they swapped someone else in who didn't seem to have a full grasp of the role and its requirements. I was then given feedback that seemed wholly unrelated to the discussion I had with the individual. The whole process prior this seemed extremely disjointed.
