I scheduled a meeting with dentsu recruiter India Weatherspoon twice and she didn't show up to either. Mind you, she did the initial reach out. I waited a month to get a meeting on Calendly, and when the time came for the first interview, she didn't show up. I emailed her and she said that she came and I wasn't there (I waited a good 15 minutes). I rescheduled for the following week. I showed up to the meeting and was ghosted again. Very unprofessional.
