Interview
Two interviews, both with the same people. A fairly pleasant experience, although the interviewees came across as quite serious with questions focused on decision points and process. I felt the interviews went well and, on paper, I was suitably qualified and competent.
I was declined based on a couple of examples I provided, which were indicative of my current work environment. However, they don't define me as a professional or as a person.
