I submitted my application and CV online just before the christmas holidays and within a few days had a call for an interview. The 1st interview was a panal interview with a total of 5 men on the panel all consisting of the Executive DIrector for the department and his management team. I dont remember anything too difficult to handle during the process. It took an hour. Within 2 hours at the end of that interview I was called to ask if I could return that day for a one on one interview with the Executive DIrector. This went very well and I was made an offer immediately. I later came to understand that this is not normal procedure but because of the impending holiday they wanted to fast track the process.
