Online application with Blueprint (resume cover letter). Online math skills assessment - basic algebra and arithmetic. Skype interview - this lasted about 45 minutes; it was pretty straight forward. Hired. Other applicants have had group interviews, on-site interviews, etc. This was not the case for me. My sense is that there's considerable variability in the interview process based on Math Coordinator preference and based on circumstances.
