I was contacted by the "Talent Acquisition" team (who don't seem to be acquiring much talent if these reviews are any indication). Did a screen, which went fine. Second round, the guy was obviously desperate for free consulting because of the kinds of questions he was asking. Afterwards, I was of course ghosted because ghosting is the new paradigm. I think I was overqualified / too expensive for these amateurs.
Time-consuming, thorough, turned out well in the end. Overall a positive experience — don’t be shy to follow up with the recruiter, they were slow getting back but ended up getting the job
I interviewed with several individuals from leadership to eventual peers. It looks like they really had a good sense of purpose and vision. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to others looking to get into the WMS space.
