As others have said on Glassdoor, Desert Financial's hiring process isn't a great experience for candidates. Very lengthy process for such a low paying position. First, they do a HireVue one-way video interview, which I found to be very impersonal. The basic questions they asked could have easily been covered in the phone screening. Next, for the remainder of the hiring process, they wanted to do three rounds of interviews all at separate times. Very inconsiderate to candidates, especially one who has a full-time job, to have to carve out time from their busy schedule on three different occasions. At least do it all in one day to make the candidate experience better.
