Interview
Asked me a few questions like how I work as a team, what is my plan or my future goals if I did get hired. The manager was very straightforward and didn’t take any note but despite that he decided to extend the offer to me. But was more concerned on how I deal with difficult customers since he said their customer base is mostly elderly who don’t understand technology. So it was important to note how you deal with difficult customers.
