Scammy “One way video” interview is the first process. Terrible way to treat candidates! Interviewing is a two way street - I don’t get any chances to ask questions but you can see me, judge me and you don’t even have to watch the whole thing if you don’t want to! Plus, who knows what they do with this data? After doing this, guess what? They ghosted me. Should’ve listened to my instincts and withdrew immediately when I found out about a one way video interview. This is not a way to get quality candidates! Have some respect for us!
