First round was a 30-minute call with the Design Operations Manager. Second round was a presentation with 3 members of the team. The first round was very conversational. The second round consisted of a presentation and answering several technical and behavioral questions.

I had a 30-minute Zoom interview with someone on their design team. About a week later I received an email saying that I "wasn't the right fit". I kindly asked the interviewer if they had any other feedback they could share since this is such a vague way of determining another person's worth & value but I never received any response. A disappointing, but not uncommon, interaction in the tech world.
