Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand online statt und es waren die Führungskraft sowie eine Person aus dem HR-Fachbereich anwesend. Zunächst gab es eine Vorstellungsrunde in der gezielt Fragen zum Lebenslauf gestellt wurden. Anschließend wurden noch fachspezifische Fragen zum Thema Baulogistik und Projektmanagementkenntnisse gestellt.
Sehr fair :) Mehrstufiges Bewerbungsverfahren, 1. Runde mit HR, 2. Runde mit Team, 3. Runde inkl. Case Studys. Insgesamt jedoch ein auch etwas zäher Prozess, der sich über mehrere Wochen ziehen kann. Niveau durchaus herausfordernd, aber machbar.
