Deutsche Bahn Intern M&A interview questions

In the first round, I had a very pleasant and interesting telephone interview with a senior manager of DB. The interview gave me a good impression of the team, the atmosphere and the volume of upcoming transactions. Challenging tasks and a treatment as a full team member were communicated to me. The interview started with typical questions such as "guide me through your curriculum vitae" but became rapidly more challenging and detailed. Within 30 minutes I answered additional questions such as "which company valuation methods exist?", "describe a DCF / Multiple valuation?" and "in which situation a DCF / multiple valuation is applied?" Furthermore, the process was very fast (2 weeks) and uncomplicated! Unfortunately, I did not attend another (2nd round) job interview in Berlin including a case study, for personal reasons. All in all, I had a very good impression of this promising internship opportunity and I definitely recommend to apply for it.
