Applied online, phone interview and then assessment center. AC includes a case study, three one-to-one interviews, then a group exercise.The assessment centre took half of a day, first read the case study and prepare for the presentation, then present to the interviewee; after that two more one-to-one interview, one is the competency-based interview and one is the technical interview.
