I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Cary, NC) in Jan 2013
Interview
Inadequate, at best. Could not produce an interviewer capable of testing my technical knowledge. No test project, no problem to solve, just a few bogus core Java questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Two 2-hour F2F technical rounds, the second one included an interview with the hiring manager. My interviewers were very polite, their questions were very challenging and that's why interesting. I enjoyed the interviewing process that much that I still can't help myself but think whether I've made the right decision refusing the offer. The main reason for refusal was a 1-month background check, I wanted to start a new job sooner.
