I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Mumbai) in Jul 2013
Interview
I was interviewed for a role in Global Markets at DBC Mumbai. The first round was a telephonic call with the line manager who asked questions from my past experience, accounting and finance.
Second round was with the London based team's MD whose interview was mainly on understanding my motivations for applying in the role. The interview was mainly to test fitment.
Last step was the discussion with HR on salary which was not the best discussion as I expected them to be more professional and importantly ethical.
Thanks to Glassdoor reviews, I was able to negotiate my salary better else I would have agreed to a number 30% lower than what they usually pay. I advice all candidates to be extra cautious on this as the HR puts every effort to underpay you than its own approved pay scale for the designations.

Interview
Phone screen and panel interview with 4 people. All had their cameras off even though HR specified it would be a video interview. Very awkward and 2 of them didn't ask me any questions or talk. Did not hear back from HR regarding update on application status.
