The whole process was really frustrating. Got invited to the interview, with 2 senior people of Deutsche Bank. One interview VERY technically, someone that did not already work in the industry would have had 0 chance. The other was more relaxed and fit based. One week after the interviews, I didn't hear back, and mailed HR, only to get an OOO answer. I tried contacting the people in charge of replacing the HR while she was absent, but didn't receive an answer until 2 weeks later, when the first HR person was back. She then told me that Deutsche Bank is waiting for the approval of the position - Seriously? You would make me come into your office, interview me for 2 hours, even though the position is not approved yet? OK, whatever. Then I waited for 2 more weeks, again no answer. I then was happy to call them and tell them that I accepted another offer. In total my process went on for 6 weeks and I didn't get a proper answer during this time, very frustrating and annoying as applicant.
