Ablauf:
- Einzelgespräch mit Partner, beginnend mit Fragen über den Lebenslauf und der bisherigen Erfahrungen. Daraufhin ging es weiter mit fachlichen Fragen bezüglich Zinsen, Inflation, Wechselkurse und generell geldpolitischen Aspekte. Im weiteren Verlauf wurde ein typischer elevator pitch durchgeführt. Zum Abschluss gab es noch einen Mini-Case.

- dritte Runde: case study mit den Mitbewerbern unter Beobachtung.

They basically asked only behavioral questions and a few analytical questions. The interview was similar to other wealth management interviews from major banks. They were back-to-back interviews, but the time went by quickly.
