A few weeks after applying online, I got a call that I was invited to interview in their NYC office on Wall Street. The first round interview was in the morning, a 30 min 2-on-1 interview of mostly standard behavioral questions and "Why Deutsche bank?" "Why audit?". They tell you to stay around the office area and they give you a call around noon telling you whether or not you've made it to the final round, which is two more 30 min interviews in the afternoon. DB structures many of their interviews in this way, for internship programs too, with first rounds in the morning and final rounds that afternoon. The final rounds were 2 more 30 min 2-on-1 interviews, again behavioral questions. They also asked questions about why you're a good fit for the program (speak to how you're ethically upstanding, able to deliver difficult messages). They called me just a couple hours after I left the office with an offer, which I ended up declining because it didn't quite match with my career goals.
