Interview
I applied online in late September 2025. I passed an online assessment on Capfinity, with questions testing my reaction speed, reasoning capacities, and job-related skills. Two weeks later, I was invited to an online assessment with a LeetCode-style question and a SQL question. I completed an assessment day in Late November, with three 1-hour long interviews. One of them is behavioral, one of them is technical, and one involving coding (in any language). I got the offer two weeks later.
