The interview itself was good, structured, friendly and professional. The interviewers followed the interview template they had and asked all questions on the sheet.
My main issue was, that after the interview, I sent out my "thank-you-emails" and one email to the recruiter. After not hearing anything back from the recruiter, I emailed him again. 3 weeks later, I contacted him again via email. nothing. About 6 week later, I gave it one last shot. Again, NOTHING. no response.
I think this is a terrible way of dealing with candidates. At least answer your emails and phone calls, this is a matter of respect. If a company cannot even do this, what does this say about the culture?!
This is the best way of loosing or not even attracting good talent.
