Two 30 minute interviews, competency and a few technical questions. Overall the interview went smoothly, I heard back from the bank in just a bit more than a weeks time.
I had to submit my application with my CV, and then was asked to complete assessments. Finally, I was invited to a 30 minute online interview which was almost entirely motivational.
The application process involved an online form, psychometric tests, a HireVue video interview, and a telephone interview. Throughout the process, the team was supportive and professional. It was a smooth and informative experience where I gained valuable insights—and I was thrilled to receive an offer in the end.
