I was contacted for a first round phone call after applying through my school's recruiting platform. The interviewer was nice and asked some math questions in addition to going over my resume. I was then invited for an onsite interview with one of the teams, and after the interview I was told the DAY OF that there would be another onsite interview the next day for a different team. I felt the whole process was very disorganized and not very considerate for potential candidates.
