I applied through on-campus recruiting and interviewed in person with two employees separately (30 minutes each). All questions in the first round were behavioral/resumé. I received a second-round phone interview with two employees. They briefly asked about a few points on my resumé and what areas of finance I was interested in and why. The rest of the interview consisted of what questions I had for them.
