A quick phone screening with a bunch of trivia questions to test how well you memorise information you can otherwise google in a matter of seconds. A technical test that is so thoroughly boring and overused that you'll add a few extra features to it just to keep yourself awake while coding it. If you're honest and admit you've seen the test before they'll use that as a reason to reject you, even though you didn't have time to request a different test from them because they took weeks to get back to you and you're obviously interviewing at more than one company. A face to face where they'll be uninterested in discovering your strengths, and focus more on nitpicking irrelevant nonsense. I bet if I was a minority woman I would have got the job.
