It was a simple straightforward interview with 2 individuals. I met some team members also for coffee on a more casual basis. It was a quick process. I was offered the job and started within the space of a month. I was lucky to be one of the first members to join my team

Very good and efficient, no boring questions and planned properly without wasting anyone’s time, diverse and inclusive as well as international. 2 people asked questions within 30minutes and everything went smooth and by the end I had time to ask questions as well

She expressed interest in my profile for the Product Manager (AI/ML) - VP position based in London. Following her request, I promptly emailed all the necessary information and my updated CV and even confirmed my submission on LinkedIn. However, after my initial submission, communication became one-sided. Despite my attempts to follow up, I have not received any updates, feedback, or communication from Swetha or anyone else from Deutsche Bank. Being ghosted during a recruitment process, especially after being approached first, is unprofessional and a new low-level in recruitment. If this is how Deutsche Bank treat candidates, what would they do with employees?
