Straight forward interview. Know the market well, how have recent events impacted it, and have an opinion and know why S&T. Also pitching stock works well, especially if interviewer is invested in the same company.
Questions about current state of the market, sales pitch, behaviourals, and passion about market. Brain teasers and some math and statistics related questions were also part of the process. Had phone interviews and in person assessment

How do you normally keep in touch with the markets?
Asked about solvency, liquidity and operational ratios, a lot about credit analysis and balance sheet questions.
Being friendly and coming off helpful is a must, but technical are equally important
