First talked to the recruiter. He literally knew nothing about the position. 15 minutes at most. Then interviewed with the hiring manager. She knew nothing about the actual position and said so several times. After 3 weeks they never followed up with me until I reached out to them and the HR person said the recruiter left the company and this person was on vacation and blah blah blah, and they were really behind. It’s was embarrassing for them to be so unorganized
