Practical questions, a good length of time and the right level of professionalism balanced with friendly interviewers. Felt relaxed but also challenged to a good extent from questions asked, I also felt comfortable to ask a lot of questions.
Overall, it was a very smooth experience. What stood out to me was the flexibility in scheduling the interview—it really showed consideration for the candidate’s availability. The communication was clear at each stage, and I felt well-informed about the process, which made the experience even better.
